Monovarietal of Frantoio, intense fruity highly aromatic, with a strong presence of bitter and spicy, with hints of green almond, artichoke, chicory and white pepper. High presence of polyphenols.

Pairings: vegetable and legume dishes served hot where the temperature enhances the aromatic band of the oil such as soups but also on complex meat-based sauces.

The bottles are 500ml.

The order can consist of 3 or 6 bottles.
