Castruccio!

Characterized by a high fruitiness with very strong spicy and bitter notes. Hints of almond, artichoke and cardoon. Black pepper and chilli pepper on the palate.
Early harvest around the first half of October to obtain a high presence of polyphenols.

Blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, in order of presence.

Pairings: bitter vegetables such as radicchio, turnips, escarole or rocket, grilled meats, vegetables or fish, game, mature cheeses.

The bottles are 500ml.

The order can consist of 3 or 6 bottles.
